Project Management Department

In our project management team, we have PMP certified and equivalent qualified project managers. We assign a project manager to each of our client who will be the single point of contact and accountable for on time and quality deliverables. Following are the core responsibilities of project manager.

Support Sales Department during pre-sales phase and co-ordinate with technical pre-sales team.
Closely work with the client to understand the client vision, business goal and solution requirement.
